01 Purpose
These terms govern the use of innditec.com and the contracting of the professional services and courses offered by InnDiTec — Jhors Maicken Giraldo Suárez.
02 Professional services
Published prices are indicative and correspond to the minimum of each range. The final price is set in a written quotation detailing scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms. No work begins without that quotation accepted in writing.
03 Authorisation for security testing
Every audit or penetration test requires, before it starts, an authorisation document signed by the system owner, defining the exact scope, execution windows and testing limits. No testing is performed without it.
04 Confidentiality
All technical and commercial information accessed during a project is treated as confidential indefinitely. Audit reports are the property of the client and are never shared with third parties.
05 Academy courses
Buying a course grants a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the content. Reproduction, distribution, resale or publication, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Access may be revoked if credential sharing is detected.
06 Guarantee and refunds
Courses carry a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from purchase. Within that period you may request a full refund by writing to innditecc@gmail.com, with no need to give a reason. Professional services already delivered are non-refundable.
07 Payments
Payments are processed through Wompi or MercadoPago. Access is confirmed once the gateway reports the transaction as approved. USD prices are indicative; charges may be made in Colombian pesos at the prevailing rate.
08 Intellectual property
Custom code, designs and materials are assigned to the client upon full payment, except third-party components and libraries, which keep their own licences. The content of this site and of the courses belongs to InnDiTec.
09 Limitation of liability
Security services reduce risk but do not eliminate it: no audit can guarantee the complete absence of vulnerabilities. InnDiTec’s liability is limited in all cases to the amount actually paid for the contracted service.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Medellín.
